WHAT IS THIS: Clove bud oil it naturally highly antibacterial, anti-fungal and an antioxidant. I put a few drops with a table spoon of coconut oil swish it around my mouth for 15 minutes every morning before i brush my teeth. It moisturizers my gums, You find it a lot of places online though i use Thursday Plantation’s made in Australia ♡

WHAT IS THIS: Herbal Chinese Beauty moisture tea, I discovered in Hong Kong, filled with herbs and spices for warming, circulation, skin renewal for hydrated skin and moisture, full of antioxidants, polyphenols and vitamins.These compounds protect your skin cells against cellular oxidative stress and promote collagen production. I love spices so i add to one tea bag fresh Cloves, fresh Ginger ,Rose hip, Gingseng, Jubube to hot water and boil it on the stove its so delicious. Some teas are dehydrating but the herbal beauty spices are n0t they are nourishing♡

8. SYNCHRO GERNETICS FACE CREAM

WHAT IS THIS: A super rich thick dense hydrating cream created created for burn victims. I discovered it in the US and absolutely loved it. My skin feels the most hydrated more than anything after using this. However it is super thick so i use it intermittently with other product but as a makeup base as well its elite you only need the tiniest bit. They have these two creams and you mix them together, the base ingredients are Beeswax, Soya bean and oligopeptides.You can find it in Australia, France and America ♡

9. THE DERMA GALACTOMYCES SHEET MASKS

WHAT IS THIS: Brightening and hydrating sheet masks made from galactomyes which is derived from fermented Japanese rice wine. These are the best and my favourite from this brand. My skin glows and brightens after using these. I keep them in the fridge they are the most hydrating and serum dense i have ever tried♡

WHAT IS THIS: A house for your Retainer, Invisalign, Denture or Mouthguard that is Hello Kitty design. I grind my teeth when i sleep so my dentist makes me wear a mouth guard, i could not possibly enjoy the experience unless i had this cute little home to keep it in. This one is made in Japan by SANRIO♡

WHAT IS THIS: Mouthwash,The best cherry flavour sachets, sugar and alcohol free with xylitol they are the most amazing flavours and they fit in your handbag so tiny i love them. Cherry, Peach then Lemon are my top favourite flavours, i discovered them in Japan♡

WHAT IS THIS: Japanese cleaning oil i have been using for many years, it is so good its filled with botanicals and it gets off all your makeup and leaves your skin feeling amazing, they have many different types my favourite is the “Blanc Chroma” for brightening and Altime8 ♡

WHAT IS THIS: My favourite incense from Japan, I discovered it ESTNATION in Roppongi Hills, i cant explain it but this smell is so special and nostalgic for me. Its like perfume but also nature and brings the enviroment to life as soon as you light it. It is so powerful in transforming a space♡

WHAT IS THIS: A refreshing Yuzu drink, it tasts like a nostalgic lemonade but not, its not fizzy its flat and so yummy , so tangy but also sweet and its my favourite. i love citrus drinks but this one is m y favourite. In Japan♡
